Really good Stay Experience

The location was really good. Everything I needed was within walking distance. The building looked well kept, and the apartment suited my needs perfectly. I found ample storage space available and the service personnel kept the apartment VERY clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The pillows WERE awful. I had to use a rolled up duvet.

The kitchen included a dishwasher, oven, toaster and coffee machine. Full-size pots were available for cooking. The refrigerator was large. The heater in the bathroom functioned well.

Reception staff showed friendliness and passion. They replied to messages promptly, which really helped me. The cleaning staff worked hard, and I appreciated the cleanliness of the apartment. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Fantastic stay with minor sound issues

The staff celebrated my birthday in a very thoughtful manner. I appreciated the effort and beautiful arrangement they made. The location proves convenient, very close to the U-Bahn and tram lines. Numerous excellent restaurants surround the building. The room was large and provided plenty of space.
The noise from trams disturbed my sleep. Complimentary earplugs did help a bit. I think i would have slept better with proper soundproofing.

The apartment included comfortable beds, with dining chairs that enhanced meal times, and the cleanliness of the rooms was noticeable. The One-Bedroom Apartment provided adequate space for relaxation and the arrangement of furniture was intuitive.

The apartment has central location, placing it near many points of interest for visitors. This makes sightseeing easier. The proximity to shopping areas allowed for convenient access to retail stores, and that was awesome.

the location was convenient. it was close to many restaurants. public transport was also nearby. the staff were helpful to me. access to the building was easy. i followed the clear instructions.
the pillows are awful. i had to use a rolled up duvet instead. the noise kept me awake at night. sirens and trams made sleeping hard, even with earplugs.
